Z&P have advised the Majority shareholders of Ibn Sina for Pharmaceutical distribution Company in a combination of primary/secondary sale transaction which has resulted in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development holding around 25% of the Company’s shares. The transaction closed in July 2015. The Z&P team was led by Dr. Firas El Samad.
