Ms. Talaat is an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets Departments since April 2021.
Ms. Talaat’s areas of practice include Civil Law, Companies Law, Clinical Trials Law, Consumer Protection Law, Data Protection Law, Employment Law, Gas Markets Law, and the different Media Laws. She has over one year of experience in employment, energy, technology, media and telecommunications, trade remedies, pharmaceuticals, and aviation.
Ms. Talaat has contributed to several publications offering insights on gas regulation, as well as media licensing regulations in Egypt. She has also worked as part of the teams that acted for and advised leading multinational companies and organizations in different industries concerning compliance and various regulatory matters.
Ms. Talaat holds an LL.B. from Cairo University, as well as a B.A. in Political Science and International Law from the American University in Cairo. She is also a member of the Egyptian Bar Association.
Ms. Talaat’s working languages are English and Arabic.
