Eslam El Dessouki is a Partner in the Firm’s Litigation Group. He specializes in labor law and handles individual and collective labour disputes, recruitments and dismissals, regulatory aspects, risk management, and bonus and incentive schemes, collective employment bargaining, drafting of employment and lease agreements, registration of trademarks, computer program patents and other patent rights.

Eslam El Dessouki has a vast experience in conducting legal due diligence reports on a variety of companies in Egypt, he also participates in privatization matters and has experience in the capital market law.

Eslam El Dessouki drafts on a day to day basis legal opinions in a number of legal fields.

He is a recognized expert in intellectual property law, in particular with regard to issues related to the protection and defense of trademarks amongst others intellectual property matters (copyright, patents, design and trademarks).

He represented major multinational and local companies, including Cemex, Apache, EMethanex, IBM Middle East, MobiNil S.A.E Suez Canal Container Terminals, S.A.E, Suez Cement Company, Titan Cement Egypt, SAE, Promotion Tyre Egypt Co. S.A.E, Port Said East Power Generating Company, Sidi Krir Generating Company, S.A.E, SODIC, MRAKEZ, Coca-Cola Egypt S.A.E, and Maersk.

Eslam El Dessouki obtained his Law Degree from Zakazik University, Banha and a member of the Egyptian Bar Association, licensed before the Egyptian Court of Cassation. He has about 23 years of litigation experience with a proven record of success.
