Amir El Hadidi
Mr. Amir El Hadidi is an associate in the Firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Capital Market Departments.
Mr. El Hadidi areas of expertise include Civil Law, Companies Law, Capital Market Law, Listing and De-listing Rules, Labor Law and general corporate affairs. He also assisted in conducting multiple due diligences on target companies in different sectors of activity and has been involved in major Initial Public Offerings (“IPOs”), Mandatory Tender Offers (“MTOs”), listing and de-listing, and private placements including the participation in drafting the international prospectus, offering memorandums, preparation of MTO file, sale purchase agreements and shareholders agreements.
He also deals closely with various governmental authorities such as Financial Regulatory Authority (“FRA”); General Authority For Investment and Free Zones (“GAFI”) and the Egyptian Stock Exchange (“EGX”).
Since joining the Firm, Mr. El Hadidi was involved in Media and Telecommunication transactions.
Prior to joining the firm Mr. El Hadidi has worked on landmark IPO’s related to the privatization of the public sector. He further advised on the acquisition of local life insurance company by a major Insurance company.
Amir El Hadidi has recently joined Zulficar & Partners Law Firm as an Associate, with an expertise relating to corporate, M&A and Capital Markets.
Mr. El-Hadidi has obtained his Licence en droit and Maitrise en droit (M1) in Corporate law from the University of Paris II Pantheon ASSAS (Paris- France) in 2012. In 2014 he obtained his LLM degree in General Corporate Law and Arbitration From Paris II ASSAS (Paris- France).
Mr. El-Hadidi has gained his experience working in both France and Egypt, and has thus acquired broad knowledge in business law with special focus on corporate and M&A matters.
