Mr. Ahmed Ghoraba is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department since November 2020.
Mr. Ghoraba’s areas of practice include Civil Law, Companies Law, Criminal Law, Consumer Protection Law, Tax Law, Labour Law, and Commercial Law. He represents clients in different proceedings before the judiciary and experts of the Egyptian ministry of justice. He has over four years’ litigation experience.
Mr. Ghoraba has worked on complex litigation disputes and has represented major clients in significant court cases and negotiations.
Mr. Ghoraba has obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Tanta University – English section – in 2016, as well as an (LLM) degree from Tanta University in Public Law. He is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association. in addition Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb)
Mr. Ghoraba’s working languages are Arabic and English.
